How to delete your account

1. Open the VeriMom app and go to your Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, email support@verimom.com from the email address associated with your account and we will help you complete the request.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your account record and associated profile, routines, scans, chats, saved items, monitoring state, analytics attribution, and formula contributions from VeriMom's active database immediately. Ordinary scan images are processed and discarded; images submitted for formula verification are deleted with the account.

Encrypted backups and storage replicas expire under their normal retention schedule. Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you may be retained.
