VeriMomWhen you explicitly connect a VeriMom account, ChatGPT may send the product or ingredient details you choose to check and the selected cosmetic-safety context. We associate completed checks with that VeriMom account, save the submitted ingredient list or product reference and result in its history, and record a unique-check ledger to enforce the account allowance. The same account’s existing subscription entitlement applies.
VeriMom does not receive your other ChatGPT conversations, conversation identifiers, passwords, payment-card details, diagnosis, or pregnancy dates through this connection. Do not include medical records or personal details in a cosmetic ingredient list. The plugin sends the requested check result back to OpenAI, which processes it under your OpenAI account’s applicable policy.
Saved checks and the allowance ledger remain with your account until you delete your VeriMom account. You can view or export account data using VeriMom’s account controls. Disconnecting revokes connection credentials without deleting saved history. Deleting your VeriMom account removes its connection credentials, ledger and saved results. Short-lived authorisation requests expire after 10 minutes; authorisation codes expire after 90 seconds. Access tokens last one hour and rotating refresh tokens have a maximum 30-day lifetime. Only credential hashes are stored.
Account and saved-check data use VeriMom’s existing EU-hosted service and database described in the main privacy policy. Operational plugin counters contain only hourly tool-call totals, errors and duration—not account identifiers, ingredients, or conversation text. Standard security logs may include network metadata and response status, not authentication tokens or request bodies.
